All Biomacell products are sold and shipped through Amazon. Returns and refunds are handled directly by Amazon under the Amazon return policy in effect at the time of your purchase. For most items, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return options for dietary supplements may vary by product category. In all cases, please follow Amazon's return policies, which govern eligibility, timelines, and refund methods.
How to start.
Go to Amazon → Your Orders → select your Biomacell order → Return or Replace Items, and follow the steps. Refunds are issued by Amazon to your original payment method.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, request a replacement or refund through Amazon as soon as possible after delivery.
Buy from the official listing.
Our quality guarantee applies to products purchased from the official Biomacell listing on Amazon. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, storage, or handling of products from unauthorized sellers.
